Frequently asked questions.
Do we need to install anything?
No. The driver opens a link on their phone and adds PRODEL to the home screen. It works on iPhone and Android. The office opens it in any browser.
What if the driver loses signal?
They carry on as normal. Deliveries, photos and cash records are stored on the device and sent by themselves once the network is back.
How accurate are the arrival times?
They're calculated on Cyprus's real road network, with the stop time you set per customer. They are estimates — live traffic isn't included.
Can we keep the data on our own server?
Yes, on the Fleet plan. PRODEL is installed on your own server, or on a separate server we run for you.
Is the app in English?
The driver app and the dispatcher dashboard are currently in Greek. Tell us when you request a demo if you need them in English.
